摘　　要：综述了烯烃法合成乙酸仲丁酯的应用和研究现状,比较了液体酸催化剂、阳离子交换树脂、分子筛等不同催化剂的活性、选择性等特点;分析了釜式反应器工艺、固定床工艺和催化精馏工艺的优缺点;讨论了不同的精馏分离流程;指出烯烃法合成乙酸仲丁酯的发展方向是采用阳离子交换树脂催化剂和催化精馏工艺。阳离子树脂催化剂的改性、催化剂的装填方式和新型共沸剂的选择是研究的重点。The application and research status on direct synthesis of sec-butyl acetate by butene and acetic acid was reviewed.Catalytic activity,selectivity of liquid acid,cation exchange resin and zeolit were compared.Process of tank reactor,fixed bed and catalytic distillation were analyzed,flowsheet of different distillation were discussed.It was point out that research direction for producing sec-butyl acetate by butene and acetic acid was adopting catalytic distillation process with cation exchange resin.Cation exchange resin should be improved,preparation technology for catalyst packing should be developed and new entrainer should be selected.
