麻油金黄散外敷与化疗同步预防化疗性静脉炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:验证中药麻油金黄散外敷与化疗同步预防化疗性静脉炎的新方法。方法:经确诊为乳腺癌,已行手术需化疗的住院患者200例,随机分为两组,治疗组100例采用芝麻油与中药金黄散混合,于化疗药输入前30min于套管针敷贴上方沿静脉走向外敷,用胶布固定,持续敷24h。对照组100例采用红花酒精于化疗药输入前30min于套管针敷贴上方沿静脉走向外敷,用胶布固定,持续敷24h。均于治疗后1d,3d,7d,1个月后随访,观察静脉炎发生情况。结果:治疗组100例,4例出现局部疼痛、红、肿、静脉条索状改变,未触及硬结,总有效率96%,对照组总有效率76%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麻油金黄散外敷预防化疗性静脉炎操作简便、无损伤、无毒副作用、无并发症,安全高效,临床疗效好。Objective. To validate the new method of applying TCM of sesame oil golden powder combined with chemotherapy to the synchronous prevention of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis. Methods： 200 patients confirmed with carcinoma of breast and performed operations w.ere randomly and equally divided into 2 groups. Patients in the treatment group received the therapy of sesame oil mixed with golden powder 30 minutes before the chemotherapy input, which was externally applied for 24 continued days along the vein over the trocar patches and fixed by adhesive tape. While patients in the control group received the therapy of safflower alcohol 30 minutes before the chemotherapy input, which was externally applied for 24 continued days along the vein over the trocar patches and fixed by adhesive tape. Follow-ups were performed on patients one day, three days, seven days and one month after the treatment, and the occurrence of the phlebitis among patients was observed. Results： Of the 100 patients in the treatment group, localized pain, red, swollen,and strip and funicular changes of vein appeared in 4 cases but no palpable scleroma was found. The respective total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 96% and 76%, which were of significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The external application of sesame oil golden golden powder combined with chemotherapy is safe and effective in treating chemotherapyinduced phlebitis and it has the advantages of simple in operation, no damage, no toxic side effects and no complications.
