摘　　要：目的:探讨门诊不孕症患者宣教与管理数据库的建立和应用效果。方法:采用遵医行为问卷调查表、SAS、SDS量表、患者满意度问卷调查表等对200例患者进行问卷调查,评价不孕症患者宣教与管理数据库的应用效果。结果:应用数据库宣教、管理后,患者心理健康水平、遵医行为以及患者对医护人员的满意度明显提高。结论:对门诊不孕症患者的宣教与管理能提高患者的遵医行为和满意度。Objective： To discuss the application and establishment effect of the education and man- agement database on outpatient infertility patients. Methods： The medical compliance behavior questionnaire, SAS, SDS scales, and patient satisfaction questionnaire, questionnaire surveys were conducted on 200 cases of patients to evaluate the effect of education and management database on sterility patients. Results. The application of education and management database increased the lev- el of psychological health of patients, medical compliance behavior and patients＇ satisfaction degrees with doctors and nurses significantly. Conclusion： The education and management of infertility outpatient can improve patients compliance and satisfaction degrees.
