摘　　要：目的探讨眼睑恶性肿瘤切除并眼睑重建术的围手术期护理。方法回顾27例眼睑恶性肿瘤切除并眼睑重建的围手术期护理，总结经验。结果27例转移皮瓣全部成活。术后随访6个月，患者眼睑外形及功能修复效果良好，无并发症发生。结论强化对眼睑恶性肿瘤患者的围手术期护理，可防止并发症的发生，提高手术成功率。Objective To explore the experience of perioperative nursing for patients with eyelid malignant tumor resection and reconstruction. Methods 27 cases with eyelid malignant tumor resection and reconstruction were retrospectively analyzed and the experience was concluded. Results The skin grafts survived in all cases. Followed up for 6 months, all the patients had satisfactory appearance and good func- tion without complication. Conclusion The intensive perioperative nursing for patients with eyelid malig- nant tumor resection and reconstruction can prevent the complication, and improve surgical success rate.
