摘  要:针对管材张力减径过程的管端增厚问题,建立了管端增厚CEC控制模型,对头尾两端的非稳态轧制过程进行多级控制。利用非线性有限元法,建立张力减径过程三维热力耦合计算模型,研究管端控制对管坯壁厚分布的影响。通过分析头尾两端CEC控制下的纵向壁厚分布,得到头尾增厚段的切除长度,为提高产品质量、减小切头损失提供有效手段。A control model for wall thickness thickening is established,and a multi-stage control is studied during the non-steady state rolling process of the tube head and tail ends in the light of the tube ends thickening problem during the stretch reducing rolling process.In order to analyze the influences of ends control on the wall thickness distribution of the tube,a three-dimensional thermal coupling calculation model is established for stretch reducing rolling process using nonlinear finite element method.The cut length of the wall thickness thickening segments of tube head and tail are obtained by analyzing the longitudinal wall thickness distribution of the tube head and tail.The research results provide an effective means for improving product quality and reducing the cutting loss.
