摘 要:以高炉铁水或镍铁水为主原料,分别对铬系和铬镍系不锈钢的脱磷效果、耗热量、生产效率、工艺操作和生产成本等方面进行了比较。分析了转炉作为预处理炉冶炼不锈钢的冶金特点。结果表明:以高炉铁水或镍铁水为主原料时,与喷吹脱磷相比,转炉脱磷具有较大的工艺优势和成本优势。Comparison of dephosphorization effectiveness, heat consumption, productivity, operation and production cost of smelting chromium and chromium-nickel stainless steels was performed respectively when blast furnace molten iron or molten nickel-iron was used as the main raw materials. The metallurgical characteristics of smelting stainless steels using converter as pretreatment furnace were analyzed. The results showed that when in blast furnace molten iron or molten nickeliron was used as the main raw materials, the converter dephosphorization was obviously superior to the blowing dephosphorization in both the operation and the cost.
