积石山县西藏山溪鲵繁殖行为观察分析

摘　　要：利用样线法和访谈法对甘肃省积石山县的西藏山溪鲵(Batrachuperus tibetanus)进行了野外调查,观察了其种群数量与分布、生活习性、卵和卵袋特征及繁殖行为,并在实验室对其繁殖行为进行了进一步观察.结果表明:积石山县西藏山溪鲵多分布在海拔2 000m以上的山溪内,产卵时间集中在4月至6月下旬,产卵的平均水温约为7℃(3～11℃),气温12℃(3～21℃),pH值6～7,其繁殖行为包括:求偶炫耀行为﹑抱对产卵行为和护卵行为,并分析了其种群资源的致危因素,提出了相应的保护策略,为其今后的研究和科学保护提供基础资料.Using sample line method and interview method to investigate Batrachuperus tibetanus In Jishishan county of Gansu province in the wild, observing the population quantity and distribution, living habits, egg and egg bag characteristics and reproductive behavior of Batrachuperus tibetanus, and doing further observation about the reproductive behavior in the laboratory. The results show that the Batrachuperus tibetanus of Jishishan county mostly distribute at an altitude of 2 000 rn above the mountain stream inside, spawning time concentrates in late April to June, the spawning average temperature is about 7 ℃（3-11℃）, the temperature 12 ℃（3-21 ℃）, the pH value of 6-7, the reproductive behavior include： courtship show behavior, holding spawning behaviour and protecting egg behavior. Finally, this paper analyze its causes of dangerous factors about population resources and put forward the corresponding protection strategies, which provide basic data for the future research and scientific protection.
