摘　　要：从开清棉和梳棉工序的角度,探讨了降低14.6tex精梳长绒棉纱棉结的措施,得出合理选配原棉,优化并合理设置开清棉和梳棉工序隔距、速度及生条定量等工艺参数,加强设备状态管理,可较大程度改善精梳长绒棉纱的棉结。The measures of reducing neps for 14.6 rex long staple combed yam were discussed fi＇um the angle of opening and ear（ling process. The result showe（1 that reasonable selection of raw material, optimization and reasonable setting technoloogic parameters such as gauge, speed, card sliver quantitative and so on for opening and car（ling process, strengthen management of equipment state, neps of lung staple combed yarn could be significantly improved.
