摘  要:无张力疝修补是当前治疗疝气的主要手术方式,研究和应用最多的手术用修补材料是聚丙烯(PP)补片。近期有研究表明,聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)是一种理想的替代PP的补片材料。采用PVDF单丝,选择三针开口经缎结构和热定型工艺,制备了PVDF疝修补片,测试了该补片的硬挺性、拉脱性、拉伸性、弹性回复性及顶破性等力学性能,试验结果显示该补片具有良好的力学性能。Tension-free hernia repair is a primary method in surgery. Cun'ent hernia repair mesh made of polypropylene (PP) was used in most research and application. In resent studies, polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) was considered as an ideal hernia mesh material which could be used instead of PP. Both the three-needle open atlas stitch and optimized heat-setting paralneters were selected to prepare the hernia repair meshes with tWDF monofilaments. The mechanical properties of the mesh were tested such as bending rigidity, laddering after drawing, breaking strength, elastic recovery property and bursting strength and so on. The experimental results showed that this kind of PVDF hernia repair mesh had better mechanical properties.
