空心玻璃微珠填充硅橡胶材料的性能研究

摘　　要：在硅橡胶中添加空心玻璃微珠,研究了空心微珠的规格、用量等对加成型硅橡胶材料性能和加工性能的影响。为了获得较佳的综合性能,应当选用密度大、粒径小的空心玻璃微珠与硅橡胶配合,也可选用密度和粒径都小的空心玻璃微珠,但须适当降低微珠用量。By compounding the glass beads with addition-cured silicone rubber,the influence of glass microbeads and their content oil the physical mechanical properties and processability of the glass microbeads filled silicone rubber composites were investigated.ln order to improve the combination of properties,the glass microbeads with larger density and smaller diameter should be chosen and the microbeads with smaller density and smaller diameter also can be chosen with lower content.
