高校学生意外伤亡的十年观察——基于云南某高校案例

摘　　要：意外伤亡在法医学上指由外部作用包括自然灾害、工伤、医疗事故、交通事故、自杀、他杀等导致的伤亡。学生意外伤亡是高校学生管理中的现实难题,深入研究高校学生意外伤亡事故,建立科学有效的防治体系,对保障学生安全发展具有重要的现实意义。本文通过分析云南某高校2002———2012年间发生的138起学生伤亡事件,试图揭示高校学生意外伤亡的一般特点和主要成因,探讨防治高校学生意外伤亡的有效对策。In forensic medicine, fortuitous casualties refer to casualties caused by external forces like natural disasters, work injuries, medical malpractice, traffic accidents, suicide, homicide, etc. Col- lege-student＇s fortuitous casualties are a headache in college management while the in-depth study of such casualties has much significance to the establishment of the related preventive system and the guarantee of their safety. Through an analysis of 138 fortuitous casualties in a university in Yunnan from 2002 to 2（112, this paper reveals their general characteristics and major causes and proposes some preventive measures.
