后工业化视角下的云南省产业选择研究

摘　　要：云南工业化进程要努力解决资源消耗和环境负荷加剧的问题,以超前的战略眼光借鉴后工业化时期的一些措施和手段,努力推进云南社会经济的科学发展、和谐发展和跨越发展。本文在总结发达国家和先进地区工业化发展进程中一系列经验教训的基础上,分析了当前云南工业化存在的问题及面临的机遇,提出新形势下云南省产业选择的策略及促进优选产业发展的政策建议。Yunnan＇ s industrialization relies on the solution of such problems as the waste of re- sources and environmental deterioration and the adoption of some measures of post-industrialization with a far-sighted and strategic vision in hope of promoting its scientific, harmonious and quick devel- opment. This paper summarizes some useful experience and lessons in some developed countries and regions in their process of industrialization, analyzes the existing problems and opportunities of Yun- nan＇s industrialization and proposes some strategies for its industrial option and development in the new situation.
