摘  要:利用棉花3个母本(A、B、C)及2个父本(1390、1432)配制杂交组合,测定杂交F1代的丰产性、抗病性、抗虫性及纤维品质,以期鉴定出产量高、抗逆性好、纤维品质优良的杂交新组合。结果表明:以A为母本的组合F1代纤维断裂比强度、霜前子棉和皮棉产量均较高,且具有抗虫性和抗病性,其中组合A×1390的F1代纤维品质较好,霜前子棉和皮棉产量最高,综合性状较好,为鉴定出的最优杂交抗虫棉新组合。High yield, disease resistance, insect resistance and fiber quality of F1 generation of 6 hybrid combinations which were made by Using three different cotton varieties (A, B, C ) as female parent, and two varieties (1390, 1432) as male parent were analyzed in order to identify new superior hybrid combinations. The results showed that the fiber strength, the seed cotton yield and lint yield before frost of F1 generation of the combinations taking A as female were higher, and the F1 generation of which had the resistance to pests and disease. Among them, the F~ generation of A x 1390 had the higher fiber quality, highest yield before frost and better comprehensive propeties. It indicated that A x 1390 was the optimal new combination of hybrid insectresistant cotton.
