摘  要:为提高望峰岗选煤厂精煤产率,从煤泥的粒度组成、可浮性两方面出发,对望峰岗选煤厂入浮煤泥进行全面试验分析,并对浮选药剂进行选择试验。试验结果表明:当矿浆浓度为100 g/L时,以柴油为捕收剂、ZA21为起泡剂,且用量分别为800 g/t、60 g/t时,浮选效果最好。采用柴油、ZA21复合药剂比单纯使用CMC降灰效果更好,且经济适用,有效简化了望峰岗选煤厂浮选工艺流程。In order to increase the clean coal yield in Wangfenggang coal preparation plant, from the aspects of particle size composition and floatability of slime, the comprehensive test and analysis was done on the feed slime in that coal preparation plant, the flotation reagent selection test also conducted. The tests result show that when the concentration of the slime is 100 g/L, and take diesel oil as collector ZA21 as a foaming agent, and dosage is 800 g/t and 60 g/t reapectively, the flotation result is best. U- sing the diesel and ZA21 as combined agent, the ash reduction effect is better than only using of CMC, and affordable, it is economical and practical, effectively simplified the flotation process of Wangfenggang coal preparation plant.
