摘　　要：针对LWZ1400×2000A卧式沉降离心机控制系统在运行中存在启动电流过大、供电不稳定及接线复杂的问题,通过现场试验研究,将原继电器+接触器转换控制方式改造为触摸屏+PLC控制软启动器的联合控制方式。实践表明,触摸屏+PLC控制软启动器的联合控制系统的应用,有效保证了LWZ1400×2000A卧式沉降离心机的安全平稳运行。According to the problems of high starting current, instability of power supply and complex wiring in control system of LWZ1400×2000A horizontal solid bowl centrifuge , based on the experiment and research in working site, the controlling mode was transformed from relay ＋ contactor into touch screen ＋ PLC controlling the soft starter. The practice indicated that the second controlling mode has stability of starting current and stability of power supply, which ensured that horizontal solid bowl centrifuge stable operated.
