摘 要:测定了不同基因型甘蔗伸长期功能叶片的叶绿素含量以及氮、钾含量,在此基础上分析了甘蔗叶片叶绿素含量与氮、钾含量的关系。结果表明:不同基因型甘蔗伸长期叶色存在差异,而且叶片叶绿素含量和氮、钾含量差异显著。相关性分析表明,甘蔗伸长期叶片叶绿素含量与氮素含量成极显著正相关(p<0.01),与钾素含量的相关性不显著。Chlorophyll contents in leaves of different sugarcane genotypes at elongation state were determined, total nitrogen and potassium concentrations in leaves were measured as well. The correlation between sugarcane leaves' chlorophyll contents and total nitrogen and potassium concentration was analyzed. The results showed that there was significant difference in leaf color, chlorophyll concentration, total nitrogen and potassium contents among different sugarcane genotypes. Correlation analysis showed that sugarcane leaves' chlorophyll content was in significant positive correlation with total nitrogen content, but not with potassium content.
