试论大沿黄城市带发展的必然性与可行性

摘　　要：大沿黄城市带的构建与发展,无论从经济规律、客观要求、现实条件等各方面讲,均有其必然性、必要性和可行性。有关决策部门及沿黄各省区应抢抓机遇,开展实质性协调协作,早日使此区域形成布局合理、优势互补、功能完善、特色鲜明、生态文明、协调发展的城市带体系,进而成为继长三角、珠三角、京津冀城市群之后,中国经济发展的＂第四极＂,成为中西部发展的核心区。The construction and development of the large city belt along the Yellow River has its mevltabmty, necessity and feasibility no matter from the aspect of economic law, objective requirement, or realistic condi- tions, etc. Relevant decision -making departments and provinces along the Yellow River should seize opportu- nities to proceed coordinated collaboration, in order to turn these areas into city belts with rational layouts, com- plementary advantages, perfect functions, outstanding features, ecological civilization, as well as coordinate de- velopment, and then become the ＂the fourth pole＂ of China＇ s economic development as well as a core area of the Midwest development in succession to Yangtze river delta, the pearl river delta, and Beijing - Tianjin - He- bei urban agglomeration.
