在宁南山区建设干部“三同”教育培训基地问题研究

摘　　要：2006年以来,在宁南山区的原州区、同心县、西吉县、海原县等县(区)的偏远农村,建设干部"三同"教育培训基地,让中青年干部参加"三同"实践锻炼。宁南山区干部"三同"教育培训基地建设取得了明显成效:广大干部接受了深刻教育;人民群众得到了实惠;当地经济社会得到了发展。当前,在全区上下深入贯彻落实中央和自治区关于改进工作作风、密切联系群众的有关规定,广泛开展机关干部"下基层、解民忧、帮发展、促和谐"活动的关键时期,进一步在宁南山区加快建设干部"三同"教育培训基地,具有十分重要的意义。Since 2006, several education training bases of cadres＇ ＂three togethers＂ have been built in the re- mote areas of Southern Ningxia, such as Yuanzhou District, Tongxin County, Xiji County and Haiyuan County, etc, in the purpose of letting the young and middle - aged cadres participate in the practices of ＂three togeth- ers＂. Education training bases in Southern Ningxia have achieved obvious results： cadres had accepted educa- tion in depth; the people have gained profits; local economy and society have been developed. At present, an in - depth implementation on the improvement of work style as well as closed ties with the masses are undergoing throughout the entire autonomous region. Widely carrying out ＂To the grassroots, ease people＇ s worries, dedi- cated to development, promote social harmony＂ activities in the key period and further accelerating the con- struction of education training bases of ＂three togethers＂ in southern Ningxia are of great importance.
