摘 要:综述了近年来由二元醇通过脱氢法和氧化法分子内环化制内酯的研究进展,分别从Cu基催化剂和贵金属催化剂方面介绍了脱氢法,从生物法、计量氧化法、电化学方法和催化氧化法4个方面介绍了氧化法。详细介绍了以无污染的分子氧或双氧水为氧化剂的催化氧化法,重点讨论了各种可以重复利用的多相催化剂。最后概述了各类方法的主要优缺点,并展望了二元醇制内酯的未来发展方向。The progresses in intramolecular cyclization of diols into lactones by dehydrogenation or oxidation of diols were reviewed. Cu-based and noble metal-based materials were chosen as the catalysts for the dehydrogenation of diols, while the selective oxidation methods were briefly discussed following the processes including biochemistry, stoichiometric oxidation electrochemical and catalytic oxidation. Various heterogeneous catalysts used in the catalytic oxidation with environmentally friendly 02 or H202 as the oxidants were described in detail due to their reusability. At last, the main advantages and disadvantages of each method and the further application direction of the production of lactones from diols were summarized.
