摘 要:从催化剂的制备方法、孔结构性质以及加氢活性等方面对不同种类的非负载型加氢精制催化剂进行了概述,并分析了其优缺点。其中,磷化态单金属催化剂的活性较高,但由于制备成本较高,目前工业化应用较难;与双金属催化剂相比,三金属催化剂的活性更高,发展前景较好。与传统的负载型加氢精制催化剂相比,非负载型加氢精制催化剂无需载体且活性组分含量高,具有更高的加氢活性,可以满足社会对油品清洁度的要求。非负载型加氢精制催化剂的制备成本高是目前存在的主要问题,如何降低催化剂的制备成本、提高催化剂的加氢活性是今后发展的方向。Unsupported catalysts do not need any supports and have a large amount of active components. The preparation methods, pore structure properties and hydrogenation activity of different unsupported hydrotreating catalysts were reviewed. Their advantages and disadvantages were discussed. Among them, phosphide single metal catalysts show high activity, but are hard to be industrialized due to their high preparation cost. Trimetallic catalysts show higher activity than bimetallic catalysts and have good development prospects. In addition, it can be seen that the unsupported catalysts show higher activity than traditional ones and meet the requirements for clean fuel. The high preparation cost of the unsupported hydrotreating catalysts is the main problem at the moment. Reducing the preparation cost of the unsupported hydrotreating catalysts and increasing their activity are the prospective development trends.
