摘 要:探讨了苯甲醇作为竹炭纤维染色载体时,分散金黄E-TD、分散红3B和分散蓝2BLN共3只低温型分散染料对白竹炭涤纶纤维的低温染色工艺,并将之与普通涤纶作比较。研究了染色温度、时间、苯甲醇质量浓度和染料质量浓度对染色涤纶K/S值的影响,比较了白竹炭涤纶和普通涤纶染色性能的差异,测试了染色涤纶的升温上染速率曲线及染色纱线的染色色牢度。结果表明:加入苯甲醇后低温型分散染料可在98℃的染色温度下上染两种涤纶,染色涤纶的提升性能与染料的I/O值有直接关系,白竹炭涤纶的最终染色K/S值低于普通涤纶,但染色色牢度与普通涤纶类似。This paper discusses low temperature dyeing technology of three low-temperature disperse dyes (disperse Yellow E-TD, Red 3B and Blue 2BLN) on white bamboo charcoal polyester fiber when benzyl alcohol serves as the dyeing carrier of bamboo charcoal fiber and compares it with common polyester. Besides, this paper also studies the influenees of dyeing temperature, time, dosage of benzyl alcohol and dyes on K/S values, compares dyeing property of white bamboo charcoal and common polyester and tests temperature-up dyeing rate curve of dyed polyester and color fastness of the dyed yarn. The results show that after benzyl alcohol is added, low-temperature disperse dyes can dye two types of polyester at 98 ℃ dyeing temperature; the property improvement of the dyed polyester is directly related to I/O value of the dyes; final dyeing K/S value of white bamboo charcoal polyester is lower than that of common polyester, but the color fastness is similar to eommon polyester.
