摘　　要：我国政府农业支出的总量和结构都存在明显的不规范和不协调因素，这种状况的形成可以从经济格局中的四大方面加以审视。There are irregular and incoordinate factors in the total amount and structure of the Chinese government expenditure on agriculture.We can observe this situation from 4 aspects of the economic pattern.To improve and solve this we rely on the perfectness and norm of the government adjusting ability.
