摘 要:[目的]评价对社区2型糖尿病患者开展营养干预的效果。[方法]随机抽取上海市徐汇区社区313例2型糖尿病患者,分为干预组156例和对照组157例,进行为期半年的营养干预,其中对干预组实施强化营养教育、营养软件评估、膳食指导和规范随访。观察并比较干预组和对照组患者干预前后的糖尿病知识知晓率及血糖、血脂检测结果。[结果]干预组患者在接受营养干预后,空腹静脉血糖、餐后2 h末梢血糖和总胆固醇有所下降;糖尿病知识回答正确率较对照组也有所提高。[结论]对社区2型糖尿病患者开展营养干预对提高知识知晓率,控制其血糖水平,减轻或减少糖尿病并发症的发生等有积极意义。[ Objective] To evaluate the effects of nutritional intervention on pauents Wlttl type z diabetes in community. [ Methods ] A total of 313 patients with type 2 diabetes in Xuhui District of Shanghai were randomly divided into the intervention group ( n = 156 ) and the control group ( n = 157 ). The intervention group received six months'nutrition intervention which included nutrition education, nutri- tion evaluation by professional software, dietary guide and standardized follow-up. The changes of cognitive knowledge of disease, blood sugar and fat inspection results were compared between the two groups. [ Results] Compared with the control, fasting venous blood sugar,2hr postprandial blood sugar and total cholesterol were improved as well as the cognitive knowledge after the intervention. [ Conclusion ] The nutrition intervention plays a positive role in raising awareness, controlling the blood sugar level and preventing or reducing the occurrence of complications of diabetes.
