摘  要:侧踹腿是武术散打在训练和比赛中应用频率最频繁的腿法之一,在散打中主要用于进攻和防守,其特点具有迅速,勇猛、进攻的距离远,灵活多变。散打运动员也将其作为主要技术进行训练和使用,因此,在训练、比赛中运用的最多。侧踹腿在散打实战运用中的威力很大,是比赛中取胜的关键技术之一。本文将利用文献资料法对侧踹腿的特点进行分析,从生理学和生物力学两个方面提高侧踹腿击打力的理论基础,提出提高散打侧踹腿的训练方法,为侧踹腿的教学和训练提供一定的理论参考。Side kick is the Chinese sanda technique most frequently used among the athletes. It can both defend and attack, with the advantage of speed, strength and long distance of attack. Because of its flexibility, it is most fre- quently used in actual combats. It can attack the calf and knee in the lower parts ; the thigh and the abdomen in the middle height parts; and the chest and the face in upper parts. Because of its effectiveness in both attacking and defending, it is one of the main techniques used in train- ing and fighting by sanda athletes. Treading the leg side is very powerful, and is among the key techniques that lead to victory. This article will analyze the characteristics of side kick in sanda, discuss physiologically and biome-chanically the theoretical basis for increased force of side kick and proposes methods of side kick training. I hope that this study will provide valuable data for both side kick teaching and its professional training.
