江苏省业余体校教练员岗位培训现状及对策研究

摘　　要：业余体校教练员是整个竞技体育的塔基,业余教练员的实际工作能力对后备人才的培养起着至关重要的基础性的作用,加强业余体校教练员岗位培训研究可为提高我省基层教练员的岗位培训水平,从而最终提高我省后备人才培养质量提供有益的参考依据。运用调查问卷法、数理统计法、文献资料法等研究方法,对江苏省业余体校教练员的岗位培训的现状进行了分析,发现江苏省业余体校教练员有近三分之一的业余体校教练员没有参加过任何形式的岗位培训。培训已形成初步的制度化,但是,仍然以是较低层次的培训为主。培训类型主要是以业务培训为主,其次为政治理论培训和技能培训。培训的实效性较差。对培训质量较不满意,其依次为师资、教材、培训政策等。并提出了完善岗位培训的对策:继续完善教练员岗位培训制度;提高领导重视程度;建立科学的岗位培训体系;要多渠道筹集培训经费;加大教练员的竞争机制;建立灵活多样的培训形式。Amateur sport coaches serve as the base tire competitive sports, and their practical working of en- abili- ties play a vital role in the development of reserve talents. The study on their training will improve its level of the coaches from grassroots, and ultimately provide a useful reference for the development of our provincial sport tal-ents. In this paper, the methods of questionnaires, math- ematical statistics and literature have been used. The study on the current situation of the amateur sports coa- ches in Jiangsu Province show that nearly a third of them have not participate in any form of job training. Although the training has already institutionalized, it still remains on a low level. The training on the professional ability ranks first, followed by training on the political theory and skills training. The effectiveness of the training is poor. The dissatisfaction lies in training quality, then teachers, teaching materials, training policy, etc. Some measures have been put forward in the article for the perfection of the job training, including perfecting the training system for coaches, increasing the attention paid by the relevant leaders, establishing a scientific job training system, col- lecting training funds from multiple channels, developing the competition among coaches, and setting up diversified and flexible forms of training.
