摘 要:运用层级回归分析方法比较了全国内地30个省市和长三角地区开放条件下产学研政协同创新的绩效及其关键影响因素。研究发现:在产学研协同创新绩效提升中,政府的作用最大,其次是中介机构,最后是金融机构;但政府过度参与会弱化其对绩效提升的效果。对全国而言,未考虑影响因素时,产学研协同创新绩效较小;考虑影响因素后,产学研协同创新绩效显著提升,但政府与中介机构在促进产学研协同创新中也存在某些不协调。对长三角地区而言,政府、金融机构与中介机构对产学研绩效提升效果并不显著。The paper adopts hierarchical regression method to analyze the performance and key impact factors of the collaborative innovation under opening-up conditions in the Yangtze River Delta region and that around China. We find that: Government plays the biggest role in performance improvement in collaborative innovation, followed by the agency, and finally the financial institution. However, excessive government involvement would weaken its effect on the performance improvement. For the country as a whole, not considering effecting factors, collaborative innovation performance is small; while considering effecting factors, the performance is significantly improved. However, there are also some inconsistency in the role of Government and agencies in the promotion of innovation performance. To the Yangtze River Delta region, the performance of collaboration is insignificant among enterprises, universities and re- search institutes.
