摘  要:针对催化重整装置运行期间预加氢反应器压降过大的原因进行分析.分析发现是由于催化剂结焦堵塞、铵盐沉积、酸性腐蚀等因素所引起的,由此提出了相应的解决办法,给出具体的处理措施,并提出长周期运转建议.生产实践表明,经改造后预加氢反应器压降明显下降,达到了装置安全、平稳、长周期运行的目的.The analysis for the causes of pressure drop too much in catalytic reforming unit during operation of prehydrotreating reactor shows that is due to catalyst coking jams,ammonium salt deposit and acid corrosion factors.The corresponding solution is put forward,the concrete measures are introduced and the long period operation suggestions are put forward.The production practice showed that the pressure drops declined obviously after modification of pre-hydrotreating reactor,and the objective of plant safety,steady and long period operation has reached.
