摘　　要：基于2005—2010年期刊被引计量指标和来源计量指标,对《宁夏工程技术》影响力进行定量评估,并与其所属的一般工业技术类期刊各指标的算术平均值进行比对.研究发现,期刊本身的价值在不断增大,编辑状况也在不断好转,是一份正在发展中的刊物,其提升空间很大;但刊物的影响力还亟须加强.从全面质量管理的角度,根据期刊现状,对期刊影响力的提升提出了一些改进方法.Based on the cited bibliometric indexes of periodicals and source indexes,Ningxia Engineering Technology was assessed in a quantitative method.The above-mentioned index of the journal were compared with mean value of general industrial technology journals.The result shows that the influence of journal is increasing.The editorial condition is improving,which indicates the journal have much to improve in its influence.According the current state of Ningxia Engineering Technology,several measurements about total quality control were put forward.
