摘　　要：2009年新型农村养老保险制度(以下简称新农保)试点以来,理论界从不同的视角对其进行了大量的研究。研究主要集中在"与老农保的对比、建立新农保的必要性、农民参保意愿、相关主体的筹资能力"等方面,这些研究对我国新农保的建立及全覆盖有十分重要的指导意义。但是,目前的研究尚存在某些不足,今后应在"财政保证机制、法律保障、新农保基金投资运营以及新农保与土地流转关系"等领域有所深入。Since the experiment of new agricultural insurance in 2009, scholars have had studied on it from different angles. The researches mainly focus on the necessity of establishing new agricultural insurance, farmers＇ willing to be insured and fundraising ability of the people concerned. The research is quite meaningful for the build-up of Chinese new agricultural insurance. However, the current research still has its drawbacks, so future studies are expected to center on matters of finance guarantee mechanism, legal protection, new agricultural insurance fund investment and operation, and the relations between new agricultural insurance and land transfer.
