陈附强心汤治疗湿痰型慢性心力衰竭的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察陈附强心汤治疗湿痰型慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将125例湿痰型慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组62例,采用常规治疗;治疗组63例,在常规治疗基础上加用陈附强心汤。观察两组患者治疗后湿痰证候改善和心衰控制情况。结果治疗组总有效率95.2%,明显高于对照组的83.8%(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组患者咳喘心悸痰多色白、胸闷恶心和纳少困倦均有改善(P<0.05)。结论陈附强心汤联合西药治疗湿痰型慢性心力衰竭,可使患者临床症状缓解得更快、心衰控制得更好,从而达到更理想的治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Chenfu Qiangxin decoction （CQD） for treatment of chronic heart failure（CHF） with damp phlegm type. Methods One hundred and twenty - five CHF patients with damp phlegm type were divided randomly into 2 groups：Control group （n = 62） treated with the routine treatment, and treatment group （n = 63） treated with CQD and routine treatment. The effect was observed in 2 groups after treatment. Results The total effective rate in treatment was 95.2%, which was group obviously superior to that in control group（83. 8%, P〈0. 05）. The cough - asthma and palpitation, excessive phlegm,choking sensation in chest and sicchasia,appetite and sleeping in treatment group were improved significantly compared with that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion CQD combined with western medicine could relieved the clinical symptom in CHF pa- tients with damp phlegm type.
