成都地区变应性鼻炎变应原谱分析

摘　　要：目的探索本地区变应性鼻炎患者的主要变应原。方法对2012年1月～2013年1月就诊的成都主城区658例变应性鼻炎患者进行常见的变应原皮肤试验,并对该病的防治进行探讨。结果 658例患者中吸入变应原主要为尘螨、花粉、蟑螂及狗猫毛等;食入变应原多为海虾、鸡蛋、牛奶。结论尘螨、花粉为成都地区变应性鼻炎患者重要的吸入性过敏原,牛奶、海虾为成都地区变应性鼻炎患者重要的食入性过敏原。Objective To get the major inhaled allergens types in allergic rhinitis patients in Chengdu currently.Methods We used 18 kinds of the most common inhaled allergens to carry out the skin prick test on these 658 cases of patients who were suspected of allergic rhinitis from 2012 to 2013.Results Among the 658 patients,the major inhalant allergens are dust mite and pollen,while the ingested allergens are shrimp,egg and milk.Conclusion In Chengdu,the major allergens are dust mite,pollen,shrimp,egg and milk.
