六味能消胶囊预防混合痔术后肛缘水肿的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨口服六味能消胶囊预防混合痔术后肛门缘水肿的临床疗效。方法将300例混合痔手术患者随机分为治疗组(150例)和对照组(150例),治疗组自术后第一天开始应用六味能消胶囊口服七天,对照组不用。分别观察两组患者术后肛门缘水肿发生情况。结果治疗组在预防混合痔术后水肿发生方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论混合痔术后患者口服六味能消胶囊可明显降低肛门缘水肿发生率。Objective To explore efficacy of capsule in preventing postoperative anal margin edema of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods 300 cases of mixed hemorrhoids surgery were randomly divided into treatment group（150 cases） and control group（150 patients）,the treatment group used capsule from the first postoperative day to seven days,the control group was not,observed incidence of postoperative anal margin edema.Results There was significantly in the prevention of the mixed hemorrhoids postoperative edema（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Mixed hemorrhoid postoperative patients using capsule can significantly reduce edema incidence of anal margin.
