下肢深静脉血栓彩色多普勒超声诊断分析

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)诊断的应用价值。方法47例急性、亚急性及慢性下肢DVT患者均接受彩色多普勒超声检查并分析声像图特点。结果47例患者中,超声检出DVT左侧31例,右侧14例,双侧2例。急性血栓26例,亚急性及慢性血栓21例,47例患者均经血管造影证实,并与超声诊断全部符合。结论彩色多普勒超声对下肢DVT具有重要的诊断价值,可作为下肢DVT诊断的首选检查方法。Objective To explore the value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis（DVT） in the lower extremity.Methods 47cases of patients with acute,subacute or chronic lower extremity DVT received color examination with doppler ultrasound,the ultrasonographic characteristics were analyzed.Results In 47cases of patients,31cases were left lower extremity,14cases were right lower extremity,and 2cases were double lower extremity;26cases were acute thrombosis,21subacute and chronic cases were thrombosis.Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound diagnosis has important application value in the diagnosis of DVT in the lower extremity.It could be used for diagnosis of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.
