摘 要:在分析输变电设备反措流程基础上,联系实际巡视和检修工作流程,基于ASP.NET和SQL先进技术设计了输变电设备反措系统。系统采用的是目前先进的基于浏览器的三层B/S结构,利用网络技术和工作流模式,建立高效便捷的系统三级审核机制,克服了输变电设备反措工作繁琐、数据量大、信息实时性差的缺点,大大提高了输变电设备的巡视、检修和反措管理的自动化水平。As the key matters carried out by State Grid currently, anti-accident measures indicate the direction of power of the work of production safety. Based on the analysis of the anti-accident measures process of electric trans- mission and transformation equipment and connecting with practice rounds and repair work process, the paper de- signs the anti-accident measure system of the transmission and transformation equipment based on the advanced technology ASP. NET and SQL. The system uses three layers of B/S structure, which is advancing and based on the browsers. Using the network technology and the workflow model, it builds up the efficient and convenient three level audit mechanism of system. This system overcomes the shortcoming of anti-accident measures of transmission and transformation equipment, which are palaver, large quantity of data and low information real-time . It greatly improves the level of automation of the transmission and transformation equipment in the patrol, maintenance and anti-accident measures management.'
