摘 要:将暂态电压质量、供电可靠性与供电服务性量化列入电能质量综合评估中,建立了电能质量综合评估指标体系,根据电能质量综合评估的特点将其处理为一个多目标决策问题,借助模糊数学中相对优属度的概念并根据指标的特性对数据进行处理。同时提出基于层次化熵权法确定指标权重,对准则层的指标运用层次分析法确定权重,对隶属于不同准则层下的二级指标分别运用熵权法确定权重,则指标的综合权重为其熵权与所隶属的准则层指标权重相乘。以4个监测点的电能质量综合评估为例说明此方法的可行性与有效性。This paper quantifies the quality of transient voltage, the reliability of power supply and the service of power supply, then takes them into consideration of the comprehensive evaluation of power quality and then establi- shes the index system of comprehensive evaluation. According to the characteristics of the comprehensive evaluation of power quality, it deals it as a multiobjective decision - making problem. With the concept of the relative mem- bership degree in fuzzy mathematics and the characteristics of each index the paper processes the data. At the same time, the paper proposes the hierarchical entropy weight to account the weight of each index, using the analytic hi- erarchy process to account the index weight in the criteria layer, and using the entropy weight method to determine the index weight in the next layer. Then multiplies them together to get the comprehensive weight. At last, takes an example to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
