摘 要:目的:编制能测量大学生在学习、生活各个领域的知识、能力的进步情况的成长水平量表。方法:用分层整群抽样的方法得到有效被试1718例,用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析检验量表的结构效度,用相关分析检验效标效度,用内部一致性系数和重测一致性系数检验信度。结果:(1)量表包括社会适应性成长"、"社会性成长"、"一般知识技能成长"和"最感兴趣、最投入领域的成长"4个维度有较好的结构效度;(2)量表的效标效度在0.06~0.45之间(P<0.01);(3)量表的内部一致性系数在0.88~0.96之间,重测信度在0.71以上。结论:所编制的大学生成长水平量表有较好的信效度。Objective: To develop the college student growth scale.Method: 1718 samples were obtained by stratified and cluster sampling,the construct validity was tested by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,the criterion validity was tested by correlation analysis,and consistency was retested as the reliability index by using coefficients of internal consistency.Results:(1)The scale included four dimensions,which were respectively "growth of social adaptability","growth of sociality","growth of general knowledge and skills" and "growth in the most interested and devoted domain",and had good construct validity;(2) the criterion validity coefficients of the scale were between 0.06 ~0.45(mostly P0.01);(3) the internal consistency coefficients of the scale were between 0.88 ~0.96,and the retested reliability was above 0.71.Conclusion: The college student growth scale has good validity and reliability.
