新媒体环境下高校研究生党员思想教育的对策

摘　　要：文章分析了在新媒体时代,高校研究生党员思想教育面临的宝贵机遇和严峻挑战,指出新媒体技术扩宽教育的广度和深度、提高教育的实效性、提升教育者的综合素质,但是也冲击传统教育方式的主导地位、使传统的既定教育模式面临挑战、受污染的教育环境难以净化,在此基础上,文章指出要用全局的观念指导工作、运用"与时俱进"的工作方法和构建"以人为本"的工作机制来多维度地提高研究生党员思想教育的实效性。This paper makes a deep analysis of the precious opportunities and severe challenges that college graduate student Party members face in their ideological education in the new media environment and points out that, although the new media technologies broaden the breadth and depth of education, improve the effectiveness of education and enhance the overall quality of educators, it also bring about great impact on the dominant position of the traditional way of education, makes the traditional mode of education face challenges and the educational envi- ronment is polluted. On this basis, this paper points out that we must give guidance to our work by means of an overall view of situation, use ＇keep up with the times＇ method and build a ＇people-oriented＇ working mechanism to multi-dimensionally improve the effectiveness of the graduate Party members＇ ideological education.
