新形势下研究型高校学报的网络化建设

摘　　要：从国内高校学报网络化的现状及存在问题入手,提出了新形势下将计算机网络系统与高校学报有效的结合起来,加强研究型高校学报网络化建设的必要性。分析了当前学报在传播、交流、工作流程、内容完善等方面进行网络化建设的具体内容及其对高校学报可持续发展所起的推动作用。最后,阐述了网络化对学报提出的新要求,并给出了相应的对策。Starting from the present situation of the network of domestic universities and the existing problems,with the effective combination of computer network and the university journal,the necessity to strengthen the network construction of university journal in the new situation is pointed out.The specific contents of network construction are analysised about the aspects of communication,work flow,content improvement,and the functions are analyzed,at last,the new requirements of the network development are related,and the corresponding countermeasures are given.
