个体化治疗老年高血压病合并心力衰竭的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察个体化治疗对于老年高血压病合并心力衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法选取2011年6月至2013年6月我院门诊确诊的100例老年高血压合并心衰患者,按自愿原则均分为实验组和对照组。实验组根据每位患者不同特点制定针对性的个体化治疗方案,对照组接受普通治疗。两组均长期随访1.5年,比较两组病例高血压治疗达标率及合并症发生率。结果实验组治疗达标率(92.0%)明显高于对照组(76.0%)(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率(10.0%)则明显低于对照组(30.0%)(P<0.05)。结论结合老年高血压合并心衰患者的临床特点进行个体化治疗,能达到提高治疗达标率,降低合并症发生率的治疗效果。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of individualized treatment for elderly hypertensive patients with heart failure. Methods 100 cases of out-patients in our hospital with elderly hypertension and heart failure from June 2011 to June 2013 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was given individualized treatment according to the different characteristics of each patient. The control group was received conventional therapy. The observation period was 1.5 years. Treatment compliance rate and complication rate of the two groups were compared after the treatment. Results The effective rate of the experimental group （92.0%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （76.0%） （P 〈0.05）; The incidence of complications of the experimental group （10.0%） was lower than that of the control group （30.0%） （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Individualized treatment for elderly hypertensive patients with heart failure will improve treatment compliance rate and reduce the incidence of complications.
