社会支持程度对血液透析患者情绪的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析研究社会支持程度对血液透析患者情绪的影响。方法选取2008年9月至2010年10月于本院进行血液透析治疗的63例患者为研究对象,将所有患者根据社会支持程度评定量表分为低社会支持组21例、一般社会支持组21例和高社会支持组21例,将三组患者分别采用简明心境状态量表和正性负性情绪量表进行评估及比较。结果高社会支持组的简明心境状态量表和正性负性情绪量表评分结果均明显优于低社会支持组和一般社会支持组,而一般社会支持组则显著优于低社会支持组,P均<0.05,有显著性差异。结论社会支持程度对血液透析患者情绪的影响较大,应加强对患者社会支持程度方面的干预。Objective To study the influence of social support degree on the emotion of hemodialysis patients. Methods 63 hemodialysis patients in our hospital from September 2010 to October 2012 were selected and divided into three groups： the low social support group with 21 cases, the general social support group with 21 cases, and the high social support group with 21 cases. The three groups were evaluated and compared with brief profile of mood state, as well as the positive and negative mood scale. Results The results of brief profile of mood state and positive and negative mood scale of high social support group were obviously better than those of the low social support group and general social support group, and those indexes of general social support group were significantly better than those of low social support group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Social support degree has obvious influence on the emotion of hemodialysis patients. Therefore, the intervention of patients＇ social support degree should be strengthened.
