摘　　要：乳腺癌是全球普遍发生的、早期诊断率较高的恶性肿瘤。放射治疗是乳腺癌术后治疗的重要组成部分。而放疗模式的发展为更好地控制肿瘤和减轻放疗后长期并发症提供了可能。本文就乳腺癌术后放射治疗技术的几种方式的应用,包括近年来图像引导放射治疗的临床应用做一系统性回顾及未来展望。Breast cancer is the most prevalent cancer in the world and the second most commonly diagnosed cancer. Radiation therapy is an important part of breast cancer postoperative treatment. And the development of breast radiotherapy provides the possibility for better control of tumors and reduction of long-term complications after radiotherapy. In this paper, systematical review and the future prospects were done on several ways of breast cancer postoperative radiotherapy, including the clinical application of image guidance radiation therapy.
