摘　　要：船舶承载能力的上升对船舶选用材料提出了更高的要求,焊接工艺不当将会导致焊接裂纹、未熔合等缺陷,直接影响船舶航行过程中的财产和人生安全。文章详细介绍了90mm厚的铸钢件GS-20Mn5与E级钢的焊接工艺。The rise of ship load bearing puts forward higher requirements for ship materials. Improper welding processes will cause the welding crack and incomplete fusion defects, which directly affects property and life safety of navigation process. This paper introduces the welding technology of 90mm cast steel GS-20Mn5 and E steel.
