摘　　要：针对某型高炮数字化改造需求,设计一种高炮随动系统的集成电路放大器。该放大器通过信号调制、相敏整流、并联校正网络等关键电路设计,响应带宽、稳定精度、平均无故障工作时间等性能指标大大提高,解决了我国某现役高炮电子管放大器维修难、稳定性差的技术难题。According to the demand of certain type artillery digital improvement, designed a kind of amplifier IC of antiaircraft gun servo system. Through key designs of the signal modulation, phase sensitive rectifier, parallel correction proofread network, the amplifier response bandwidth, stable accuracy, mean time to failure and other performance are greatly improved. It solves the technical problems of China certain type antiaircraft artillery tube amplifier difficult repairing and low stability.
