兴安杜鹃、迎红杜鹃种子发芽试验的研究

摘　　要：对常温放置4年、3年和2年的兴安杜鹃和迎红杜鹃种子进行了发芽试验,计算不同放置时间的杜鹃种子发芽率。结果表明,迎红杜鹃常温下放置4年的种子平均发芽率为14.7%,常温下放置3年的种子平均发芽率为68.7%,常温下放置2年的种子平均发芽率为70%;兴安杜鹃常温下放置4年的种子平均发芽率为34.7%,常温下放置3年的种子平均发芽率为56.7%,常温下放置2年的种子平均发芽率为72%。可见,种子储存时间对兴安杜鹃、迎红杜鹃种子萌发的影响显著,迎红杜鹃种子常温下放置2年或3年发芽率较高;兴安杜鹃种子常温下放置2年发芽率较高。Germination experiments of the seeds of Rhododendron dauricum and Rhododendron mucronulatum placed at temperature for four, three ＆ two years were conducted; germination rate of the seeds with different storage time were calculated. Result shows that： the average seed germination rate of Rhododendron mucronulatum placed at temperature for four, three ＆ two years is 14.7%, 68.7%, 70% ,respectively; the average seed germination rate of Rhododendron dauricum placed at temperature for four, three ＆ two years is 34.7%, 56.7% ＆ 72%, respectively. It can clearly be seen that the seed storage time have significant effects on seed germination of Rhododendron dauricurn ^- Rhododendron mucronulatum.
