茂名市不孕症妇女风疹病毒和巨细胞病毒感染的检测与分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨风疹病毒(RV)和巨细胞病毒(CMV)对不孕妇女感染情况。方法:采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)对不孕妇女血清RV-lgM和CMV-1gM、CMV-1gG抗体检侧,并与早期妊娠(早妊)妇女作对照。结果:早妊组中,血清RV-1gM抗体阳性率为1.82%,CMV-1gM、1gG抗体阳性率为0.91%,97.97%。不孕组中,血清RV-lgM抗体阳性率为6.73%,CMV-1gM、1gG抗体阳性率为4.23%、96.42%。不孕组RV-1gM、CMV-1gM抗体阳性率明显高于早妊组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.70,P<0.01;χ2=4.94,P<0.05),CMV-1gG抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.11,P>0.05)。在继发不孕组和原发不孕组不孕妇女中,血清RV-1Gm抗体阳性率分别为5.85%、7.81%,CMV-1Gm抗体阳性率分别为5.86%,3.51%,继发不孕组和原发不孕组血清RV-1gM、CMV-1gM抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.56,P>0.05;χ2=0.32,P>0.05)。结论:RV和CMV活动性感染与不孕症妇女密切相关,有助于对不孕妇女的早期诊断和预后治疗,对不孕妇女具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。Objective To discuss the fectrubella virus（RV） and Cytomegalovirus（CMV） infection situation in infertile women.Method We detected the RV-lgM,CMV-1gM and CMV-1gG antibody in serum of infertile women with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）,and compared with women in early pregnancy.Results In early pregnancy group,antibody-positive rate of serum RV-1gM was 1.82%,antibody-positive rate of CMV-1gM,1gG was 0.91%.In infertility group,antibody-positive rate of serum RV-lgM was 6.73%,antibody-positive rate of CMV-1gM,1gG was 4.23%,96.42%.In infertility group,antibody-positive rate of RV-1gM,CMV-1gM was significantly higher than those of early pregnancy group,differences were statistically significant（χ2=6.70,P0.01;χ2=4.94,P0.05）,Antibody-positive rate of CMV-1gG was（χ2=1.11,P0.05）.Secondary infertility and primary infertility group of infertile women,positive RV-1Gm antibody in serum was respectively 5.85%,7.81%,antibody-positive rate of CMV-1Gm was 5.86%,3.51%.The differences of serum antibody-positive rate of RV-1gM,CMV-1gM in secondary infertility and primary infertility group were not statistically（χ2=0.56,P0.05;χ2=0.32,P0.05）.Conclusion Active infection of fectrubella virus（RV） and Cytomegalovirus（CMV） is closely linked to infertile women and contribute to earlier diagnosis and prognosis treatment of infertile women,and have important theoretical significance and practical value to infertile women.
