多种皮瓣修复鼻部缺损25例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨多种皮瓣在鼻部皮肤缺损创面修复的方法。方法:按鼻部缺损的创面皮肤缺损的部位、大小、深度,选择不同的皮瓣修复缺损部位。结果:本组25例患者,采用不同的皮瓣修复鼻部缺损部位,皮瓣全部成活,切口Ⅰ期愈合,无并发症发生。随访1年,鼻外形满意,肿瘤无复发,皮瓣无坏死。结论:应用不同的皮瓣修复鼻部缺损,不仅操作方便、血供可靠、成活率高、效果满意等优点,同时面部形态无明显改变,有临床应用价值。Objective To study the way of repairing the defects of nose with variors flaaps.Method According to the location,size and depth of the skin defect,different flaps were designed.Results All 25 cases survived,operative incision had primary healing and without any complication.25 patients were followed up 1 year,all were found satisfactory external nose shape,no recurrence was found in all nasal tumors and all flaps survived.Conclusion With an extremely simple flap operation,reliable blood supply,high survival rate and satisfied appearance of postoperative external nose,etc,repairing with various flaps is a good method of repairing nasal defect.
