摘　　要：目的:探讨社区护理干预对高血压血压控制的临床效果。方法:将社区高血压患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规西医治疗及护理措施,在此基础上观察组患者出院后给予社区护理模式,追踪随访两者的临床效果。结果:观察组患者平均收缩压、平均舒张压及平均动脉压均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组达标率为93.33%,对照组为63.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区护理干预对高血压血压控制效果明确。Objective To investigate the effect of community health nursing in controlling blood pressure.Method The 60 cases with hypertension were divided into the observation group and the control group.The two groups received the western medicine treatment and normal nursing,the observation group received the community health nursing,and effects were evaluated by following-up.Results The average systolic pressure,average diastolic pressure and mean artery pressure in the observation group were fewer than those in control group,and there were significant difference in them（P0.05）.The systematic treatment rate was 93.33% in the observation group and 63.33% in the control group,and there was significant difference in them（P0.05）.There was no significant side-effect in the two groups.Conclusion The effect of community health nursing in controlling blood pressure is obvious,so it is worth being used.
