摘  要:巴麦地区地质条件复杂,普遍存在低压易漏、异常高压、大段盐膏层和高压盐水层等地层。针对该地区固井技术难点,研制了性能优良的堵漏隔离液体系、密度1.20-1.45g/cm^3的低密度水泥浆体系、密度2.60~3.00g/cm^3的高密度抗盐水泥浆体系,并对该地区低压易漏层固井防漏技术、异常高压层高密度固井技术、盐膏层和高压盐水层固井专封技术等进行了完善与优化,形成了一系列效果良好的技术措施。玛北1、PSBl等井的现场应用结果表明,该技术有效地解决了该区块的固井难题,提高了巴麦地区探井的固井质量。Since the complicated geological conditions in Bachu-Maigaiti Block, where low-pressure thief layers, abnormal high- pressure formation, long section salt beds and high-pressure brine formations were wildly distributed, and easily led to poor cementing quality. In view of technical difficulties of cementing in this area, excellent performance plugging isolation fluid system, ultra-low density slurry system with density of 1.20-1.45 g/cm^3, and 2.60-3.00 g/cm^3 ultra-high density salt tolerant slurry system were researched. leak protection technology of low-pressure thief layer cementing, ultra-high density cementing technology of ultra-high pressure zone, and special cementing technology of salt beds and high-pressure brine formations were improved and optimized, which formed series of technical measures and achieved good effects. The field application results in Well Mabeil and Well PSB 1 show that difficult cementing problems of low-pressure thief layers, abnormal high pressure layers and ultra-high pressure salt-water formation were solved effectively, and exploration well cementing quality were improved in Bachu-Maigaiti area.
