农村残疾人群体组织的可行性分析

摘　　要：随着农村经济的快速发展,现存农村残疾人的社会救济方式已跟不上农村残疾人对基本公共服务均等化诉求的脚步。农村残疾人自发组织起来,或是被第三方协助组织起来共同发展已是必然的趋势。本文对农村残疾人群体自我组织或是被组织起来协同发展这一扶助方式的可行性进行了分析。With the rapid development of rural economy, the existing social relief way for rural disabled group cant keep up with the steps of the appeal of basic public service equalization for rural disabled persons, which leads to the inevitable trend for them to develop by organizing themselves spontaneously or with the help of the third party. This paper makes an analysis on the feasibility for the rural disabled group to get self-organization or organization by the third party.
