摘 要:预应力混凝土连续梁桥是一种被广泛使用的桥型,但近些年在一些跨径较大的已建桥梁中也出现了较多的病害。墩顶横隔板裂缝是预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥的常见病害,严重的甚至威胁到桥梁整体的使用性能。本文以工程实例为背景,通过受力分析及有限元计算对横隔板上人孔附近的裂缝进行研究,根据横隔板区域的有限元分析结果,采用施加横向预应力的方式来改善横隔板的受力状态,同时在构造配筋上给予加强,最后得出针对这些裂缝现象的可行的控制方法。Pre-stressed concrete continuous beam bridges have been widely used for its adaptability for long-span bridges. However, many diseases have been found in some long-span bridges of this kind in recent years. One of the common diseases found in pre-stressed concrete continuous beam bridges is the cracks in the diaphragm plate on pier. Some serious cracks even can be a threat to the overall performance of bridges. In this article, based on engineering example, cracks near the manhole of diaphragm plate have been analyzed by stress analysis and finite element analysis. According to the FEM results, stress state of diaphragm plate can be effectively improved by applying transverse prestress, and structural reinforcement can be effective. Then some feasible ways to control these cracks have been presented.
